“Content is King”. While that may be true, it seems that if it’s on the web, then everyone expects it for free. So although the internet is a great delivery mechanism, what can you do if you are unwilling to simply give your content away for free?
That’s where we can help. At Fifth Dimension, we are able to help protect your premium content and either make it available to select individuals or help generate a revenue from it.
Alongside your normal website content, we can implement a space for premium content that is protected and requires an electronic token to access. Tokens can be customised and issued for a period of time (a day or a week), or a specific piece of content, such as a video stream.
Tokens can be delivered electronically, on screen, via email or to a mobile phone via SMS. Unique to each individual, the token expires when it is used and so cannot be passed on. The token details are passed to the users account, allowing them access according to the pre-defined terms i.e. duration or content specific.
Tokens can be provided free of charge as a method of controlling content on a website. Alternatively, tokens can be purchased through a number of mechanics, such as PayPal or reverse SMS billing (this is where the cost is billed to the users mobile phone i.e. £1.50). The process is immediate and allows the user directly into the site upon activation of the token.

Protecting Strategic information to validated users
By pre-loading approved users, the site will only issue tokens to selected users. The use of a separate token to validate the approved user offers an additional level of security for users on the move and without access to a VPN.
Sales Promotion
Unique codes can be delivered on product, such as soft drinks and used to drive audiences to the site for high value content.
